Application form
NOTE:-
We do not accept applications via
email; all applications must be posted to the club address.
DO NOT send any important documents,
like Driving Licence, current MOT, Registration or Insurance
certificates. Anything you do send to the VJMC is done so at your own
risk.
Please allow a minimum of 28 days for the return of
certificates. The reason for this is that the work is done on a
voluntary basis and requests must be thoroughly researched, in some
cases the investigation may involve locating records not held by the
club.
Please be patient and always send your application well
in advance of requiring your bike on the road.
Send all applications to DVLA
